Members vs. Subscribers

Members and Subscribers are two separate categories of users:

The Members category are users that are registered as a Realtor, Property Owner, Property Management, or Agency. A user in the members category can post a listing and have the option to display their profile in the Members Directory.

The Subscribers category are users that have accounts with different abilities; such as adding selected listings to their ‘Favourites’ list and tools like compare listings.

There are some features that show up in all user accounts despite the user category; Example: ‘Hide profile from the users listing page’ in the Privacy tab, even if a subscriber user unchecked that option, their profile page still will not show in the Members Directory.

Note: Subscriber users will not have their profile show in the members directory, however, all profiles are still accessible to anyone with its URL (web address).

Invoices, Subscriptions, Transactions (Wallet), and Billing Address tabs are present in all user accounts, however, subscribers at this time really have no use for these items.

The Profile page is an item that is in all users accounts and is used by both user categories as Messages and other features can be accessed on that page. Feature tabs may not show on the profile page until that feature is in use. Example: Favourites tab will only show if there are listings the user tagged as a favourite.

Note: Member users may encounter a no available tabs error on their profile page, this is normal. Once you post information in your Bio, the error will go away. Please make sure your Bio, Banner, and Avatar are complete before un-checking the ‘Hide profile from the users listing page’ option.
